Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Health Dr Zafar Mirza says the government is creating a mechanism whereby personal protection equipment (PPE) will be provided to health professionals in hospitals in such a way that shortage is not observed.
He said the NDMA after its calculations has provided PPE to 152 hospitals for a week. These are the hospitals where most coronavirus patients will be brought, he told a news conference.
