Muzaffargarh residents have complained that money distribution to lower-income people who registered in the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Programme had not received cash even six hours after the centre opened.
The centre's administration said that the cash distribution had not started because the portal was down.
Women were seen standing close to each other in violation of Section 144 of the CrPC imposed in the area and despite the government's repeated instructions to observe social distancing.
