HYDERABAD, Jan 17: The students of BDS, Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro, boycotted the classes to protest against the university administration, on Thursday.

They staged a sit-in in front of the vice chancellor’s office and later held a demonstration outside the press club against the dismal results.

On this occasion, students Jameel Ahmed Ujjan, Zohaib Channa and Bheem Raj slammed the administration for deliberately failing 16 students.

They said that they had attended second year classes for eight months, therefore, they deserved to appear in the second year examination and added they had taken admission after clearing the pre-entry test.

They accused the professors of nepotism and threatened to commit suicide if their demands were not accepted.
