Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan have offered a four-storey building to be used as a quarantine facility for children, women and the elderly amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a tweet, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation thanked the couple for their "timely and thoughtful gesture".
