BEIJING, Aug 27: Senate Chairman Mohammadmian Soomro said on Saturday that Pakistan and China have strengthened their bilateral cooperation to deal with various global issues, including terrorism.

“Being traditional allies, the two countries keep close contacts and they enjoy similarity of views on matters relating to regional and international concern,” he said while talking to APP on his arrival here on a two-day visit to China.

The two sides, he said, were working actively to develop wide-ranging partnership, particularly in the economic sector. Future prospects of trade and business relationship were quite hopeful, he said and added: “We are looking forward to undertake joint ventures in different fields.”—APP
