Long lines and hours-long waits for required medical screenings greeted weary travellers returning to some US airports amid coronavirus-related travel restrictions, AP reported.
The dense crowds at some of the 13 airports where travellers from Europe are being funneled were among the busiest across the country even as public health officials called for social distancing to stem the spread of the pandemic.
