The military's top brass on Thursday discussed the "emerging situation with regards to COVID-19 and preventive measures taken at Army level," the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a tweet.
The issue came under discussion in the Corps Commanders Conference presided over by Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa at the GHQ today.
"COAS directed all concerned to gear up preparations in support of national effort to counter this pandemic in case of any eventuality," the ISPR tweeted.
