The government of New Delhi has decided to close all primary schools in the Indian capital as a precautionary measure, according to a tweet by Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.
He said all government and private schools in the city will remain closed until March 31.
The just solution lies in India addressing the issue through a trilateral dialogue involving the legitimate representatives of the Kashmiri people and Pakistan.
