Columbia University and New York University have suspended sponsored student travel abroad over coronavirus fears, according to a report by Bloomberg.
Columbia has suspended all sponsored international trips until further notice while NYU has contacted its students studying abroad in Accra, Berlin, Buenos Aires, London, Madrid, Paris, Prague, Sydney, and Tel Aviv, and has given them the option to continue studying there in person or to return home and continue their studies remotely.
