PSL and traffic

Published February 22, 2020

WITH the commencement of Pakistan Super League, the people of Karachi will face some real hardships up to Feb 23 and again from March12 to March17 when some of the matches are scheduled to be played in the National Stadium.

The security arrangements on the main thoroughfares should ensure they are open through most of day and closed only an hour before the start of play. They should be reopened once a match starts and only closed again for an hour for the return of players to their hotel.

One hopes the government ensures a smooth traffic flow in the city during the holding of PSL.
