SARGODHA: Three persons, including an Elite Force personnel, died on Sunday in an accident near Phularwan, some 45km from here.
As per the police report, Qamar Abbas, the Elite Force personnel, Junaid Abbas and Shahvaiz, were going to Bhalwal from Mandi Bahauddin in a car. When they reached near Phularwan, their car collided with a tracker-trolley, loaded with sugarcane, parked on the roadside. As a result of the crash, Qamar and Junaid died on the spot while Shahvaiz was injured. Shahvaiz was shifted to Bhalwal THQ where he succumbed to his injuries.
