LAHORE, Aug 18: A passenger was arrested from Lahore airport while trying to smuggle two kilo gold to Dubai on Thursday. Superintendent Mian Akram and deputy superintendent Alamdar Husain said Khalid Rashid of Wazirabad was about to board a Dubai-bound flight when the Customs officers intercepted him on suspicion.

During search, gold ornaments were recovered from his luggage.
