Passenger dies in attack on wagon

GILGIT, Aug 13: One passenger was killed and four others injured when unidentified gunmen ambushed a passenger wagon on Saturday, on the Gilgit-Ghizer road near Hanzal, 16kms away from here.

The dead passenger was identified as Shahzada Khan, son of Mohammad Ayub, while the injured were Jafar Ali, Talib Hussain, Sajjad Hussain and Ibrar Hussain. They were residents of Bargo.—Correspondent
