CHAGAI: Two Qatari nationals along with their Pakistani facilitator were arrested while they were travelling to Chagai district in Balochistan for hunting purposes without having permission from local authorities.

According to official sources, the trio was detained at a Frontier Corps (FC) check-post in the Padag area after their vehicle crossed the territory of Nushki district and was on its way towards Dalbandin.

Sources said that the Qataris, who were clad in local dress, tried to hide their identity when FC personnel manning the check-post asked for introduction. However, their identity was revealed when their handbags were searched by the FC personnel and they found documents establishing the identities of the duo.
