KARACHI: Services Industries Ltd on Friday announced to set up a joint venture company “Service Long March Tyres (Pvt) Ltd” in collaboration with the Chaoyang Long March Tyre and Myco Corporation to manufacture truck and bus radial tyres in the country.
The three firms collectively plan to make a long-term equity investment of $30.6 million within three years subject to regulatory approvals.
