RAHIM YAR KHAN/BAHAWALPUR: Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, Health Minister Yasmin Raashid and Railways Minister Sheikh Rashid visited the Sheikh Zayed Medical College Hospital and met those injured in the Tezgam fire.

Buzdar announced a burn unit at the SZMCH and a trauma center at the THQ Hospital, Liaqatpur.

Punjab Minister for Food Samiullah Chaudhry visited the BVH surgical ward to meet the injured. On the occasion, the minister said that Punjab government would add a burn unit to the BVH.

There is no burn unit in any south Punjab hospital except Nishtar Hospital, Multan.
