The bench comprising Chief Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed and Justice Akhtar Zaman Malghani directed issuance of notices to respondents for a date to be fixed by the office of the BHC.

HABEAS CORPUS CASE: The same bench disposed of petition of Samir against alleged arrest of his relative Gohram.
