KARACHI: Diabetes centre at LGH

KARACHI, Jan 14: The provincial health minister, Ahsan Ahmed, will inaugurate the Diabetes and Endocrine Centre at the Lyari General Hospital on January 17.

According to a press release, the DEC is the first diabetes and hormone disease centre established in the public sector, which would provide facilities for patients with diabetes and other hormone diseases like thyroid disorders, short stature, infertility, delayed puberty, ambiguous genitalia etc.—PPI
