ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Monday issued instructions to all the customs field offices to remain open and observe extended working hours till 10:00pm on June 29 and till 12:00pm on June 30 for collection of duty and taxes, said a press release issued by FBR.

The chief collector of customs has been instructed to liaise with the State Bank of Pakistan and scheduled commercial banks in their respective jurisdictions to ensure transfer of the duties/taxes collected the same day.
