KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau exe­cutive board has appr­oved a reference against former director of the Sindh Building Control Authority Manzoor Kadir Kaka and a lawmaker in Nehr-i-Kha­yyam case for misusing authority by allotting plot, a spokesperson for the NAB said.

In the same case, accused Hasnain Mirza, son of Zulfiqar Mirza of M/s Ocean View Pvt Ltd, has taken Rs617. 8 million from the buyers in lieu of illegal allotment, a brief statement issued by NAB concluded.
