KOHAT, July 17: Two young girls and a man were shot dead on suspicion of having illicit relations in the Kachai area near Orakzai tribal agency on Sunday. The accused, Syed Mohammad Hussain, opened fire on his sister Hijran and niece Fatima and killed them on the spot.
He suspected the women had illicit relations with a neighbour Syed Altaf Hussain.
Later, the accused along with two other accomplices, Fidal Hussain and Hisar Hussain, attacked Syed Altaf Hussain who died on the spot. The killers were stated to have escaped towards the tribal territory.
The Ustarzai police station registered a case against the accused and started investigation.
