SAHIWAL, July 14: Three teenagers of a family were killed while two children sustained injuries in an accident on Sahiwal-Faisalabad Road near Chak 45/GD on Wednesday night. Amjad, Naeem, Mushtaq and two children were returning to Faisalabad from Pakpattan by car (FSA-910) when it overturned owing to high speed. As a result, Amjad, Naeem and Mushtaq died on the spot while Naveed and Islam received injuries.
Police have registered a case.
INJURED: A boy received serious bullet injuries on Thursday during firing in a marriage ceremony in a nearby Chak 58/GD.
Friends of groom Ghulam Mustafa started firing to celebrate the occasion when a bullet hit Muhammad Ishaq, injuring him seriously.
He was taken to hospital where his condition was stated to be serious.
Noorshah police have registered a case.
