ISLAMABAD, July 5: Minister of State for Sports, Muhammad Ali Durrani said on Tuesday that the sports ministry would adopt all measures to facilitate the tour of the Australian deaf cricket team to Pakistan this November.

The assurance was given to a delegation of Pakistan Deaf Cricket Association led by its president Abdul Salam.

The minister praised the past performances of the team and hoped that they would also do well at the Deaf World Cup being held in Lucknow in November.

According to the proposed itinerary of the Australian team, the tourists will play matches at Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi.

Both the sides will then leave for India for the World Cup on Nov 15.
