LAHORE: Tariq Zafar, son of veteran lawyer and former senator S.M Zafar, passed away on Wednesday because of cardiac arrest.
A businessman by profession, the deceased was also elder brother of Supreme Court Bar Association’s former president Syed Ali Zafar. He had landed in Karachi and was coming out of the airport when he had a fatal cardiac arrest.
His funeral prayers will be offered on Thursday (today) at the main mosque of Tech Society, Lahore, after Asr prayers.
