LAHORE, June 29: The following were Wednesday’s upcountry commodity market rates in rupees. Foodgrains (per 40 kg): Wheat 330 to 400; Jowar 500 to 750; Maize 400 to 500; Bajra 800; Barley 600.

Sugar: White 1080; Shakkar 1260 to 1400; Gur Fine 1180 to 1360.

Oil And Oilseeds (per 40 kg): Mustard Oil 2050; Cottonseed Oil 1945; Coconut Oil 3040; Linseed Oil 2240; Cooking Oil 1880 to 2000.

Pulses (per 40 kg): Masoor Whole 1550 to 1800; Masoor Dal 1450 to 1600; Grams White 1400 to 1500; Grams Black 830 to 850; Grams Dal 860 to 890; Maash Whole 1200 to 1250; Dal Maash Washed 1500 to 1600; Dal Maash Unwashed 1300 to 1400; Moong Whole 1200 to 1250; Dal Moong Washed 1370 to 1425; Dal Moong Unwashed 1350 to 1500.

Spices (per 40 kg): Cardamom Small 14000 to 18000; Cardamom Large 8000 to 9000; Clove 10000 to 10500; Black Pepper 4100 to 4600; Cumminseed Black 7200 to 8000; Cumminseed White 3200 to 3500; Chillies Grinded 2100.—APP
