ISLAMABAD, June 28: Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) has completed 12 out of 18 housing projects in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar, the authority’s managing director said in an annual meeting of the authority here on Tuesday.
The official said out of the completed projects, four had been handed over to the people whereas eight were in the process of handing over.
The meeting, which was presided over by the minister for housing and works, Syed Safwanullah, reviewed overall progress of the PHA.
The meeting was informed that provision of utility services like electricity and gas was one of the impediments in speedy handing over of these projects.
