Rain prayers answered

SIALKOT, June 28: After the hot and humid spell, the district received rains late on Monday night and on Tuesday, making the weather pleasant. Heavy rain started at 1.20am, which continued till the morning. It remained partially cloudy the whole day and cold winds blew.

Dust storm and light rain has also been reported from some parts of Narowal district.

The local Met office has forecast more rains in the catchment areas of Jammu and Kashmir and in Sialkot and Narowal districts during the next 24 hours.
