318kg charas, opium seized from car

PESHAWAR, Jan 11: The Customs special checking squad seized 318 kilograms of contraband from a car and arrested a drug carrier at Kund checkpoint, Khairabad, on Friday.

The special checking squad stopped a car number IDP-3551 coming from Peshawar and recovered 223-kg charas and 95-kg opium from the car. The raiding party arrested the carrier, Sadaqet Hussain.
