KARACHI, June 27: The national air carrier’s board of directors on Monday voiced appreciation for PIA’s efforts to become “a world-class profitable” airline offering quality customer services and innovative products. Pakistan International Airlines chairman Tariq Kirmani, who chaired the meeting in Karachi, apprised board members of the revised vision, mission and value statements developed by the management to assist PIA employees in meeting standards of professional commitment and customer expectations.—PPI
