KARACHI: APC for peace planned

KARACHI, June 22: The Sunni Tehrik will hold an All Parties Peace Conference on Friday at the Karachi Press Club at 2pm, says a press release. The release says the Sunni Tehrik is in the process of inviting Sindh Chief Minister Ghulam Arbab Rahim of the Pakistan Muslim League, Merajul Huda of the Jamaat-i-Islami, Rashid Rabbani and Engr Rafiq of the PPP, Sahibzada Abdul Khair Zubair and Mohammad Hussain Mehenti of the MMA, Hafiz Taqi of the Jamiat Ulema-i-Pakistan, spokesman for the chief minister Abdul Ghaffar Qureishi, Bostan Ali Hoti, Sindh Tehrik-i-Insaf president Zubair Khan, Tariq Khan of the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz), Basharat Mirza of the Pakistan Democratic Party, Hanif Tayyab of the Nizam-i-Mustafa Party, Rasool Buksh Palijo and others.
