KARACHI: A small and mediocre three-race card has been drawn for the Gymkhana race meeting which takes place at the Karachi Racecourse on Saturday.

Altogether, 22 horses will vie for honours barring last-minute withdrawal.

Unknown pedigree bay horse Native Prince, formerly Owais-e-Bhakkar from Lahore, will make his debut on the course in the third race which is also day’s feature event.

The feature event which is combined scale order II, III and IV race to be contested over five furlongs, has attracted eight horses. It is the third race in racing order.

Similarly, the preceding supporting race, scale order V and VI, has eight acceptors. It will go over four-and-a-half furlongs.

According to schedule, the first race gets into action at 3.30pm.

THE KHAIRPUR PLATE SCALE ORDER VII AND VIII 4 F:

Sarwan Rose 9-0, Milansar 8-10, I. Gold 8-9, Sonia Again 8-2, Killing Eyes 7-8, Murad Queen 7-5.

Win: I. Gold.

Place: Killing Eyes.

THE KHAIRPUR PLATE SCALE ORDER V AND VI 4 ½ F:

Duran Duran 9-0, Little Rascal 8-10, Tip Top (Mamoon) 8-10, Believe Me 8-9, Black Smoke 8-6, Fakhr-e-Kashmir 8-4, Fire N Fury 8-4, Sanam Kaif 8-0.

Win: Black Smoke.

Place: Little Rascal and Fakhr-e-Kashmir.

THE KHAIRPUR PLATE SCALE ORDER II, III AND IV 5 F:

Shan-e-Kaif 9-12, Salam-e-Kaif 9-2, Money Lover 8-2, Parachuter 7-10, Native Prince (Owais-e-Bhakkar) 7-6, Lovely Baby 7-6, Pari 7-2, Determination 7-0.

Win: Shan-e-Kaif.

Place: Parachuter and Salam-e-Kaif.
