Two suspected saboteurs held

Published June 18, 2005

DERA GHAZI KHAN, June 17: The Border Military Police (BMP) arrested on Friday night two suspects involved in a powerful explosion which damaged an electricity tower on Thursday. It is learnt reliably that the men have been arrested from Fort Munro area on the identification of traditional foot tracers (khoji).

However, none of the BMP high-ups confirmed the arrest of the men in connection with the alleged terrorist activity which seemingly aimed at damaging tower 114 of the main power transmission line. — Correspondent
