ISLAMABAD, June 15: Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed will travel to held Kashmir on June 30 by the Muzaffarabad-Srinagar bus service in his personal capacity. Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has allowed Sheikh Rashid to undertake a week-long visit to Srinagar in his private capacity.

The minister intends to meet his relatives in Srinagar and visit the graves of his elders.

RECEPTION: The Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) would accord a warm reception to Sheikh Rashid at Urri in occupied Kashmir during his journey from Muzaffarabad to Srinagar.

This was stated by JKLF chairman Yaseen Malik in a statement issued here Wednesday.

It said that if Sheikh Rashid visited the held territory via New Delhi, the JKLF would accord him reception at the New Delhi airport. – APP/PPI
