KARACHI: The antiterrorism courts administrative judge on Saturday remanded five ‘militants’ in judicial custody in cases pertaining to raising funds for banned outfits.
The Counter-Terrorism Department had claimed to have arrested Hafiz Imran Khan, Zahid Khan and Asmatullah in Orangi Town and Rasheed Ahmed and Ghulam Dastagir in Korangi and claimed that they belonged to the outlawed militant Islamic State group, Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan and Balochistan Liberation Army. The administrative judge sent them to prison on judicial remand and directed the IOs to filed investigation reports.
