ISLAMABAD: The CDA management on Tuesday suspended the CDA Employees Union chairman for allegedly misbehaving with a woman officer.

There are reports that the civic agency has also decided to get an FIR registered against the union leader.

When contacted, CDA spokesman Safdar Shah confirmed reports that the union chairman had been suspended for allegedly misbehaving with the officer.

“I also heard that the CDA has moved an application for registration of FIR against the leader, but I can’t confirm it officially,” he said.

The suspended union leader could not be approached.
