ISLAMABAD, June 10: President Pakistan Muslim League Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said replacement of Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz before 2007 general elections is out of question.

Those spreading rumours about PM’s replacement should remember that the PML and its allies had reposed full confidence in him after his election as the PM, Chaudhry Shujaat said in reports received here from Germany on Friday. He was talking to media personnel at Frankfurt International Airport. He expressed optimism that the PML would win the next general elections in all the four provinces.

He said in the new set-up Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz and his cabinet would be elected according to democratic norms in the same way Mr Aziz was elected PM unanimously.

He said those who wanted political instability could not be encouraged. —APP
