Three Ariana planes hit

ISLAMABAD, Oct 13: Three aircraft of Afghanistan national airline, Ariana, were hit during US bombing raids, a UN official said while speaking at a news conference here on Saturday.

A spokesperson for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance to Afghanistan (Unocha), Stephanie Bunker, said that during air attacks on Oct 8 and Oct 9, three Ariana planes were damaged at Logar airport.
