Three more join PML

LAHORE, June 6: Three important leaders, two from the PML-N and one from the PPP, on Monday joined the ruling PML, expressing confidence in the leadership of President Pervez Musharraf and the policies of Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi. They are former MNA Sardar Kamil Omer, ex-minister Sardar Arif Rashid and former Rahim Yar Khan district council chairman and minister Sardar Rafiq Haider Leghari.

PML Secretary-General Chaudhry Zaheeruddin, adviser Mohammad Mansha Sandhu and Allama Iqbal Town Nazim Sardar Adil Omer were also present on the occasion.

The chief minister welcomed the decision, and hoped that their participation would strengthen the party.
