PML-N leader Hamza Shahbaz at a press conference on Friday said that despite reservations about election results, his party we will move forward.

"The democratic process should continue," he said. "The answer to a weak democracy is another democracy."

He said that incarcerated PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif has also said "we will respect the PTI mandate"

"Despite reservations and proof of rigging, in Punjab N-league has emerged as the largest party with 129 seats," he said.

He added that his party is in talks with the PPP and Q league as well as the 27 independents winning candidates.
