PTM leader Mohsin Dawar, a candidate from NA 48 North Waziristan, has complained that the voting procedure has been very slow in his constituency.
Dawar says that the polling stations are lacking adequate staff members because of which only 30 or so voters had been cast until mid afternoon.
Furthermore, he says that women voters are being stopped two kilometers away from the polling stations and being made to walk the rest of the way.
