Yes, it is true. I tried twice today but no avail. It should be free service to enable large masses to cast vote hassle free. Voters are disappointed today as even political parties did not drop such card in homes. Siddiqi

@Abdul Rab Siddiqi - agreed, this service should be free. I hope next time they employ enough servers next time to avoid this scenario. Shouldn't be a difficult task since Nadra has spent so much on it's IT. They should employ competent resources to implement scalable solutions.
