Caretaker Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) retired Justice Dost Mohammad has said that unprecedented preparations have been made for the elections this time around.

Security of voters, polling staff, candidates and leaders is the top priority of the government, the chief minister said.

"I urge voters in my province to come out and vote without any fear; all preparations have been made."

Polling staff and security personnel have been strictly told to remain neutral and anyone found guilty of violating code of conduct will not be spared, the KP CM added.
