The National Database Regulatory Authority (Nadra) has clarified that the CNICs recovered from a nullah in Lahore's NA-125 constituency earlier in the day had all expired before 2010, and therefore could not have been used to cast fraudulent votes.
However, DawnNewsTV has found that the expiry date of at least some of those cards was in 2020.
