
As poll day draws increasingly close, many questions are being raised regarding the fairness and transparency with which the transfer of power will occur, and whether institutions such as the judiciary, military and the media will affect the outcome of the elections.
In our non-scientific, online survey, we asked our readers to what extent they think global powers will have an impact on the way the elections will turn out.

Only around 13 per cent of the respondents seemed to think that the global powers will have a 'big impact', while around 38pc believe that they will have little or 'no impact' on the July 25 elections
