KARACHI, Jan 9: Governor Mohammedmian Soomro has amended the Sindh Permanent Resident Certificate Rules, 1971, in pursuance of the proclamation of October 14, 1999, and the provincial constitutional order, read with the provisional constitutional (amendment) order No.9 of 1999.
As per the amendment, through the rules for the words “District Magistrate”, the words, “Executive District Officer (Revenue)” and for the word “Commissioner” the words “District Coordination Officer” shall be substituted.—APP
