ANP leader Asfandyar Wali Khan has asked the powers that be if the upcoming general elections can still be considered free and fair in the aftermath of Tuesday night's suicide attack on his party's corner meeting.

Haroon Bilour, an ANP candidate from PK-78 was among the 20 who lost their lives in a suicide attack on Tuesday night.

"We are being cornered again like we were in 2013 but I must say that this is 2018," Wali said.

He also requested his party workers to take a three-day break from all election and politics-related activities to mourn the loss of Bilour.
