PTI manifesto "Road to Naya Pakistan" was comprehensive and covered almost all the major issues facing Pakistan but these things don't mean much if they are not implemented too.

One of Dawn's editorials today states that PTI chief Imran Khan, by his own admission, was not able to fully implement the 2013 manifesto his party had drafted.

The edit calls Khan's latest manifesto "ambitious" but reminds him:
