The ban on Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat for its suspected involvement in terrorism related activities of the defunct anti-Shia Sipah-e-Sahaba terror group, has done nothing to keep it from actively campaigning for the 2018 election under the 'Rah-e-Haq' banner.

Despite the ASWJ's links to sectarian targeted killings, political parties have been approaching them for support in the election — much to Twitter's dismay:
