SC disqualifies PML-N politician for completing his bachelors before intermediate

Supreme Court has upheld Lahore High Court's disqualification verdict against PML-N's two-time MNA Rana Zahid Hussain over a fake degree case.

According to Hussain's nomination papers, he did his bachelors from Punjab University in 2002 but and his FA from Karachi Board in 2004.

The timeline seems wonky and Justice Ijazul Ahsan noticed that.

So, id the Election Commission was doing its job properly he should have been disqualified from contesting the elections in 2008 and have never been a member of HA.
