KARACHI, June 2: The judicial magistrate, East, Hifzur Rehman, ordered on Thursday release of 53 people, who were arrested for resorting to violence following terrorist attack on Masjid Madinatul Ilm. The magistrate ordered the release of Raza Ali, Akhter Hussain, Akhter Hussain, Mohsin Akhter, Ali Akbar, Ali Abbas, Shabbir Ali, Jan Hussain, Mohammad Hussain, Shabbir Hussain, Haji Fazal, Iftikhar Hussain, Syed Sartaj Uddin, Syed Adnan Ali on the report of the investigation officer under Section 169 of the Cr PC.

The IO submitted before the court that no evidence could be found against the accused and he requested the court to order their release.

Earlier, the same court had granted bail to all accused in the sum of Rs100,000 each.
